Desde las 10 hasta las 1:45casi 4 horas para ponerme las uñas que me quemaron con la luz láser las mías encima me han costado 125€ la de los pies y manos.

Y la de las manos llevo una partida y otra caída en menos de 3 días llevándolas, estos lugares tan poco profesionales no deberían de estar lamnetable servicio, calidad y precio.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place.
I had done pedicure which is really good and manicure done by the owner.
The manicure was extremely thick and quality was so low. After 2,5 h (!) - that was the exact time of making my manicure done I have asked for take out everything.
I haven’t paid for the manicure which was fair of the owner. But I’m attaching you photo of my nails undone after she took it off.
If you are sitting 3h and 15 minutes it would be nice to have it done perfectly or at least had a take off made correctly 🙁

I got recommended to go to this salon by a friend, but I would never recommend anyone to go to this salon again. I booked gel nail extensions 17:00. First I had to wait 25 minutes to start, and as the procedure went on I got more and more worried. The girl clearly had no idea what she was doing, instead of putting on tips she put the tips all over the nail (like press on nails you buy in Claire's). The worst part was that they were way wider than my own nails, and I pointed this out several times. I had to instruct her on how to try to save it several times, but I was left with nails looking like Rugby balls and my whole night ruined since I was not finished until after 21:00 (!!!!!). The girl was sweet and nice so nothing bad towards her, but she was clearly clueless and even admitted that she is new at doing extensions and is practicing.
OK - fine. But I as a customer should not be used as a guinea pig in her training without being notified?
The owner of the salon then tried to charge me 80€ for the manicure and I said I will not pay that, especially not since the girl told me she is practising and I was there for over 3 hours. The owner of the salon then says that the girl is lying and is not new at all and tried to get me to pay (with a horribly bad attitude). I ended up paying 40€ and having to spend 40 minutes trying to file them down myself when I came home.

I regret paying for it at all! They should refund my money. So unprofessional to take this long, improvise on me and then give me attitude, trying to get me to pay full price and badmouthing your own employee. No no no - incredibly bad - I do not recommend this salon!

(added 30/8 after response from owner that I can't reply to) They are now trying to lie saying that I requested several changes which is absolutely not true. I showed an image directly when I came there so there was no changes made throughout, colours were picked out before the treatment even started. What an absolute joke this salon is! Blaming the customer instead of taking ownership, and anyone with eyes can see on the image that the nails look horrendous. Warning for this place!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nail Avenue. I booked a pedicure for 10 AM and specifically requested a particular nail artist, which they confirmed was available. My friend, who lives with me, booked an appointment at the same time, and she was also told that the same nail artist would be doing her nails.

However, when I arrived, I was switched to a completely different person without any notice. If a customer asks for a specific nail artist, you don't switch them without at least asking first. The person I ended up with was clearly inexperienced—she didn’t seem to know how to hold my toes properly, and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. She was nervous, shaking, and took two hours just to apply a base polish. My feet weren’t even filed down properly.

It was obvious that this was someone who had maybe done a pedicure once in her life. To make matters worse, the owner of the salon seems to think it’s acceptable to let untrained staff work on clients and then charge 60€ for the privilege. When I called to discuss the issue, I was met with nothing but attitude.

I would not recommend Nail Avenue to anyone who expects quality service or professionalism.

Tijdens mijn vakantie in Marbella ben ik terecht gekomen bij Nails Avenue. Ik heb hier mijn nagels laten doen en ben nog steeds super tevreden hiermee. Service en klantvriendelijkheid staat super hoog in deze salon. Raad het iedereen aan.
